Swank 'N Jive Pomade is a company started by me and my brother. Currently our Etsy shop is closed due to the development of a product line we will soon be releasing with a local pinup photography studio. Our product has gained recognition across the world by salons and social media influencers in the USA, Japan, England, and Germany. In this role, I am responsible for managing and maintaining accounts and receivables of clientele. I also oversee departmental logistics by managing inventory and scheduling fleet movements. It is my duty to ensure team efficiency and morale aimed at achieving desired organizational objectives. I have spearheaded efforts to streamline process improvements for employee development, internal operations, and customer communications.

During this role, I was instrumental in the successful restructuring of the Rideshare department following the acquisition of VRide. My main responsibilities were to maintain customer relationships, aid in transition of accounts/data, and continue to assist clientele. Logistics, scheduling, and fleet management were also prevalent in my everyday tasks while maintaining various metrics for my branches.

Here, I worked closely with our Sales Manager in charge of federal accounts. It was my duty to coordinate and fulfill rental orders of anywhere from 10-70 vehicles for incoming military training groups on and off Davis Monthan Air Force Base.
