Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, my passion for business & customer service started at a very young age. Determined to work in banking and immerse myself in the business world, I commenced my career with Westpac shortly after finishing my education and progressively rose through the ranks gaining a dynamic range of experience across several sectors. A wonderful commercial opportunity led me to Amalgamated Pest Control & Flick Anticimex where I proudly led my team through a major acquisition and integration. Most recently, I had the privilege of working with the Department of Agriculture & Fisheries supervising a geographically dispersed team through an exciting period of change and innovation.My passion for business has continued to grow by having the privilege of working with many innovative companies both large & small across a wide variety of industries. Focusing on always delivering an exceptional level of customer service, developing & bringing out the best of my team and building strong business relationships have kept me driven & fixated on always proactively cultivating a high-performance culture.Personally, I am a huge people-person and love working with a group of bright like-minded people.
