During my tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, I matured my role in the firm from a support role to Job Manager, being responsible for the oversight and management of up to 9 direct reports (of various skillsets and levels), staffing and spend plans and project management and delivery. I have supported three organizations in their efforts to improve process efficiency and knowledge management practices. Major outcomes from these projects include: • Documentation and analysis of as-is processes (over 200), serving in both lead and support roles• Implementation and evolution of a SharePoint-based repository, providing accessibility to processes globally and in real time• Improvement of workflows and practices (up to 54% reduction in related actions and lead / lag times)• Development and implementation of training plans and materials to ensure knowledge transfer• Development and implementation of communication and engagement plans and materialsIn current and past roles, I practice the ability to communicate clearly, problem-solve, lead, and deliver results. This is demonstrated through leading executive-level strategic off-sites and discussions, practicing Lean Six Sigma principles in data gathering and analysis, and supporting the acquisition of over $2M in additional process improvement work.

Provided training and technical assistance for VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads’ nonprofit members. Coordinated and directed the Nonprofit Leadership Development Center including classes, forums, the Nonprofit Resource Library and the Hampton Roads Institute for Nonprofit Leadership Conference. Provided technical support and customized training for nonprofits and their board. Also responsible for the organization's technology initiatives and assists with personnel management.
