• Evaluate customers’ needs and provide quality services to international students within the Brazilian market, find suitable courses in Australia, provide cultural counseling to international students; explain about the educational system in Australia (recognition of certificates and diplomas) and select perfect families for their homestay.• Integrate international students to Australian life and offer an opportunity for a relaxed environment where they can be with people from different nationalities explain their rights and obligations related to student visas in Australia • Provide and update the in-house system; data entry of clients information on database• Update information on the company website• Process payments and enrollments• Train new employees in sales and customer service• Deal with a diverse range of clientele in fast-paced and demanding situations• Work closely with a variety of schools and universities to offer clients always the best options
