I am a Connecticut licensed elementary educator (Grades 1-6), and currently work as a substitute teacher in the ER9 district. I also recently worked as a long term sub in a 3rd Grade classroom, as well as paraprofessional in the Westport Public Schools. During the pandemic and long distance learning, I worked one on one with two 3rd graders, and a few other students when they were quarantining. After completing my Masters in Elementary Education at UMass Boston, I worked for three years in the greater Boston area as a fifth grade teacher in two parochial schools. As an undergraduate at Skidmore College, I worked in a local elementary school as an America Reads Tutor in three 2nd Grade classrooms. I am a wife and mom of two and love literature, reading, writing, and the arts. My hobbies include baking, cooking, reading, listening to and playing music, hiking, swimming, and traveling.
