Recruit people who want to work full time or part time with AmeriCorps in DC schools

Pre-screen real estate agents for 6 of the 23 branch locations.

* Lead the organization’s effort to recruit, onboard, and retain agents.* Identify and qualify “medium level” producers at other companies* Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts both cold and warm* Expanded prospecting sources to include networking events and local professional organizations* Shared the benefits of Accent Homes; articulate the value proposition and compensation plans when appropriate* Responded promptly to prospective agents and team members* Organized and scheduled to the appropriate executives, qualified appointments* Onboarded agents after interviewing which included generating all agent contracts for broker signature* Responsible for social media accounts by creating and maintaining job postings, and advertising for open positions* Maintained daily follow up for top candidates with executives utilizing CRM and project management databases* Minimum quota of 4 hired Agents per month was achieved* Contacted a minimum of 25 prospects daily via cold calling, prospecting and various tools* Facilitated one career seminar per month via Zoom or in-person* Continual communication with students who attended real estate school, also proctored all real estate exams
