I look across the whole Natural Resources client base to ensure a client centric view, providing an enhanced and consistent focus on our clients and the services they need as well as promoting talent development and upskilling for our colleagues to achieve their own business and personal career / growth plans.

Managing a portfolio of European headquartered Energy clients with operations worldwide to arrange their insurance and reinsurance policies including strategic planning, risk management, placement, pre-and post renewal preparation including documentation, meetings, presentations, invoicing and contract advice. Also Managing a team of account executives working with me on this portfolio of clients.

Responsible for a range of client accounts with Upstream operations worldwide including direct and reinsurance providing all client servicing from pre-renewal through renewal placement and post placement services.

Based in our London office part of a team working predominantly with UK headquartered Energy clients having worldwide operations, some with both Upstream and Downstream exposures. My role included providing accurate and timely technical documentation, evidence of cover, wordings and invoices and dealing with day to day queries, worksheets and endorsements.

After A-levels I joined WTW (then known as Willis Faber and Dumas) working in the oil and gas division, preparing wordings and policies and producing various technical documentation to support the Account Executives in our London office.
