Performing the process of all phases of mailroom services. Receive, sort, log and distribute all incoming and interoffice mail and parcels. Process documents for imaging in a timely and accurate manner. Analyzes outbound packages for best cost options through FedEx, UPS, Couriers and Freight service. Over purchasing and billing offices supply and mail/copier equipment throughout the organization. Improves processes and finds new solutions for mailing and shipping/receiving options. Assists with vendor relations, including price negotiation and acts as primary contact for problem resolution. Communicate with internal and external customer via email and phone.

Perform daily operations of the Mailroom/Print center. Ensuring that all mail will be delivered and metered within a timely manner. Responsible for the processing and shipping of FedEx and UPS packages and managing more sensitive and large projects for our important clientele. Intake and prioritize all incoming production jobs, maintain an equipment service log and calls. Input cost for all completed production jobs, in control of disposal of out-dates confidential documents.
