-Lead cross-functional project teams & leadership to maximize the Dairy Foods portfolio ROI, ensuring a healthy & profitable pipeline-Maintain and optimize Project Management platform and provide business team users with training and utilization support-Project Management support across Dairy Foods business units and functions, primarily in Marketing, Sustainability, and Research & Development

Identify, lead and complete cross-functional projects across the Global Dairy Ingredients business, recognizing improvements in processes and productivity, implementing process innovation when necessary. Lead multiple cross-functional projects under tight timelines with realized results upon closure. Partner with GDI business teams to support customer activities, and provide analysis to identify trends impacting those customers, product categories, and business units.

Identify, research & resolve new and emerging issues related to the order fulfillment process for the GDI Domestic Customer Logistics team. Provide direction & training to Customer Logistics Liaisons and VMI Analysts as needed. Serve as the business lead for customer initiatives and system enhancements. Work with cross-functional teams to seek input & solve complex issues. Serve as subject matter expert on system capabilities and activities in E1 order management, and act as liaison between IT and Customer Logistics as it relates to business needs, technical capabilities, and system testing.

Manage customer orders for both retail and foodservice accounts. Serve as strategic team resource for supply chain execution and service solutions. Maintain comprehensive relationships with both external customers (customer buying/replenishment team) and internal customers (sales, marketing and supply chain). Drive supply chain efficiency and mutual profitability of assigned accounts.

Lead the Catering Sales team at Saint Paul RiverCentre. Coordinate and execute a variety of events including conferences, conventions and galas, keeping up with the latest food & beverage trends. Work directly with clients and the Executive Chef to develop event menus, and direct menu development of the catering menu for MHC Culinary Group. Responsible for annual budget and forecasting.
