Serving and supporting women in Hillsborough County who have an interest in entrepreneurship. Able to guide entrepreneurs through developing an idea, writing a business plan, and strategically launching their business.

*Recruitment - post advertisements, conduct campus visits and plan and implement community outreach strategies. In this role, I also handle all applications including gathering pertinent information on previous employment, screening references, and scheduling and conducting interviews in person and via video conference. *Marketing - Initiate consultations to maintain new branding guidelines. In this role, I consider the organization's overall appearance and appeal to our target audience.*Online Presence - Update website and handle all social media engagement and tracking. *Communications - Create and distribute monthly e-newsletters and quarterly paper newsletters. Answer all web inquiries.

*Cover news happening in the Virgin Islands and Dominican Republic *Provide photos and graphics as needed *Pitch article ideas based on cultural trends and local news

*Pitch political ideas relevant to Hispanic audience *Write articles in English and Spanish *Live tweet during political events *Cover political events and trends from the Hispanic perspective *Provide photos and other graphics to coordinate with articles as needed
