-Responsible for production materials procurement, and well known the production process,such as Cable, FPC, PCB, plastic particles, and so on , ensure production line needs, meet customer demand; -make some strip cable schedules with the subcontractors, ensure they can ship out ,and meet our production plan; -Responsible for coordinating South Korea department to deal withTSMA antenna delivery production plan to meet customer demand. -Responsible for new project such as FPC, Cable,Label and some plastic mould quotation, and purchasing, to ensure that new project can take;-Handling defective products,inactive stock ,to reduce cost; -Processing payment, ensure the manufacturer monthly billing clear;- Matain supplier informatiion quarterly, Manage, review, evaluate the vendors and develop potential vendors in order to meet company expectations in technology, quality and cost. make the supplier network very reasonable and stable- According to the department personnel needs, recruiting and training new staff, let they have the ability to work independently .

- Develop new supplier base on company’s requirement and purchase tactic;- Survey supplier with SQE, IQC, ME, evaluates the production ability of supplier;- Cooperate with RD, QA, IQC to control the quality of supplier, help supplier to solve extraordinary produce;- New model PM of PUR, check the BOM list and push RD to expedite the sample approval and kick off imperative meeting to close engineering issues;- Leading multilateral meeting with RD, QA, IQC, ME to solve engineer issue and quality dispute. Help supplier to clear up exceptional production issue;- Help to set up purchasing team and train team members to be familiar with purchasing process in three months;- Help team members to solve sudden issue and teach them how to avoid the same issue happening again;- Be familiar with Mechanical (include Packing, Metal, Cable) production technology;- Be familiar with the import and export process in EPZ, - Be fluent in SAP and Baan system operation;
