I have called Chicago home for over 20 years now. After just about 20 years in the retail industry, I am now an Integrative Health Coach, and I could not be more excited! Health and wellness has been a passion of mine thru my life and I am hoping to help as many people feel good as I can. My goal with each client is to "create ease in this chaotic world thru health, wellness and lifestyle." Let's work together! My background: While in school at Columbia College, I worked in retail, opening up and helping to run a well-known store in Water Tower Place. With that job, I gained experience styling and personal shopping for clients. Soon after, I landed a gig as an assistant to a stylist in the city and got to work prepping models and set designs for print ads and commercials. After finishing my fashion merchandising/management degree, I started work in the boutique/small-business industry. Starting at Spare Parts in Lakeview allowed me to learn the specifics of running a small shop, including all buying, displays, and visual merchandising. I eventually bought and took over the shop as my own, and for 15 years focused on local designers and women in the business, as well as events and donation drives to help those in need. In June of 2017 I then became the store manager at Transistor, keeping the fight up for small shops and putting my passion and skill into different communities to help people organize, shop, and style themselves and their homes. I now have said my warm goodbyes to the retail industry and have wholeheartedly taken on the pleasure of helping people feel better, function better, achieve better health. Inside and out.
