New England Remote Paralegal Assistance (NERPA) provides virtual paralegal services on a contract basis to attorneys, firms, and other legal departments. This service helps increase productivity while decreasing overhead costs and other expenses associated with full-time in-house support staff.Paralegal Services offered include breakdown of deposition and hearing transcripts, e-filing, drafting motions, discovery requests, e-discovery, and other correspondence. Additional case management and other services also available.Paralegal and Notary services are currently available evenings and weekends.​NERPA also provides mobile notary services throughout Connecticut.

Employment SectionResponsible for assisting multiple Assistant Attorneys General in the defense of state agencies and employees, in employment litigation matters, at the administrative tribunal level (CHRO, EEOC, Claims Commissioner), and before the State of Connecticut Superior and Appellate Courts, Connecticut District Court, and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
