I am pleased to share that I have been selected to be chair of Resolve at SOLV Energy. Resolve is an employee-led company sponsored Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council that is focused on implementing and maintaining best-in-class DEI practices that yield positive outcomes for SOLV employees and people from marginalized communities.

Resolve is SOLV Energy's DEI council. Produced soiling loss factor plots using Excel for 5 locations nationwide. Carried out performance ratios on several PV systems at App State to consider degradation losses. Installed PV operations equipment to observe North Carolina soiling loss.

Developed power performance assessments for the Primus Air 40 using Microsoft Excel. Worked as an outreach coordinator for the 2019 Leaf Festival communicating with potential recruits for the Sustainable Technology and the Built Environment program. Operated and experienced hands-on development on small wind turbines.
