Regional Product Head responsible for all International and Domestic Payments & Receivables and Cards product sets, including Clearing, Foreign Currency Payments, Commercial Cards, ACH, Checks, Disbursements, Lockbox, Paper to Electronic conversions, Emerging Payments, etc. Lead a team of 35+ Product Managers across the region to oversee product innovation, commercialization, P&L management, and business risk management. Also serve as the Renminbi (RMB) champion for the U.S. to drive RMB growth.

Manage a suite of international payments businesses including the global U.S. Dollar (USD) and Renminbi (RMB) Clearing Businesses and Continuous Link Settlement (CLS) business. Responsibilities include setting the overall product strategy, planning the annual budget, identifying and implementing revenue initiatives to maximize the P&L, developing new solutions to address market needs, and enhancing existing products. Also a frequent speaker at Citi and Industry forums.

Researched, analyzed and developed GTS and SFS Executive strategies for various audiences. These business strategies ranged from long-term business growth plans to short term revenue initiatives. Spearheaded business analytics for various GTS businesses, including: revenue projections, variance reporting, key driver analyses, competitive benchmarking, staffing analytics, sales revenue realization, metrics analyses, etc.

Responsible for analyzing clients' lending performances and presenting investment results to clinets. Developed Non-Residential Alien (NRA) Tax communication package and operational guidelines to facilitate new product offerings in response to new U.S. tax change. Led the NRA solutions developments including producing the Business Requirement Documentation (BRD), co-writing Functional Requirement Documentation (FRD), and working with Technology on developments and UAT testings.

Evaluated investment portfolios based on market trends, and made recommendations regarding risk, return and diversification.
