As a senior provider relations manager at ProSource MSO (management services organization), my daily responsibilities include setting up and managing multiple Independent Physicians Association: Medicare, Medi-Cal and commercial groups with primary care providers, building specialists networks, act as providers relationship manager, working closely with various health plans, UM Department, develop strategies and execute marketing plans to expand IPA presence to include working with insurance agents, Transportation, expansion of medical group facilities, etc.

Network Development

As a senior manager of network development at ProSource MSO (management services organization), my daily responsibilities include setting up and managing multiple Independent Physicians Association (IPA), Medicare Advantage HMO based medical group, recruit primary care providers, building specialists networks, act as providers relationship manager, working closely with various health plans, UM Department, develop strategies and execute marketing plans to expand IPA presence to include working with insurance agents, Transportation, expansion of medical group facilities, etc.

Consults with dental practices, groups, and institutions to educate on recent trends and implement best-in-class dental isolation solutions that solve critical operational issues (e.g. efficiency, productivity, schedule predictability). Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities; conducting outreach to potential customers, key opinion leaders, and subject matter experts; structuring strategic deals; and supporting ongoing customer success.
