I have been in the work force since I was a freshman in high school. In 2012, I began working as a secretary at Martens law firm and have worked there off and on again when highschool had allowed. My jobs as secretary/paralegal consisted of data entry for many cases that I worked with, as well as keeping said cases filed away properly. There was also a lot of paperwork that I would have to fill out and send to courts regularly, which helped me develop time management and typing skills. As a secretary I would aslo be helping clients that would come in to make payments or had questions, and I would also help keep them as calm and comfortable as I could. I managed to graduate high school with a 4.3 GPA. From there I applied and was accepted into Oak Brook College of Law where I began to study for the legal profession.
