In Jan. 2010 the unthinkable happened in my life. My son's father was murdered and like so many cases like mine the police started focusing solely on me. Due to police and prosecutorial misconduct, poor defense lawyering, and unconstitutional actions of the trial judge I was wrongfully convicted in March 2012. An appeal was filed and it was determined in Sept. 2013 that the overzealous actions of the trial judge violated my right to a fair trial and the conviction against me was OVERTURNED. Ultimately, I prevailed over the travesty of justice and I'm home awaiting a new trial on a $250,000 bond that includes a condition of Full House Arrest. The State of Texas is again deliberately manipulating unfair advantage over me by confining me to my home and not allowing me to work at a time where income is vital.

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Responsible for monitoring the timely process of assigned caseload, in which the children’s goal is adoption. Worked with families/clients in the most expeditious manner to ensure/maintain the appropriate goal of adoption. Responsible for attending home study appointments in order to coordinate an adoption for a family. Identified and recruited families for children that had a goal of Adoption.
