I helped start up this Amazon Delivery company. Worked hand in hand with the owner, the operations manager and the Amazon leads to ensure the smooth running of the company. I ran all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to talent management, compensation and benefits, labor laws, training and development, work eligibility and employee relations. I also developed and maintained all employee files and trackers for quarterly raises and sign on bonuses.

Oversee many companies hiring and onboarding. Specialize in Payroll, scheduling, workers compensation,audits and benefits. Maintain contact with the owners of the company and advise them in HR aspects. Answer employees' questions in a timely manner and ensure all needed information is given to them on time. Maintain accurate virtual and paper employee files. Other duties include preparing terminations in accordance with state law, sharing my knowledge with other co-workers, preparing and executing team training, and constant webinars or training to keep sharp on all aspects of human resources.
