-Support the Human Resources Department with all recruitment processes-Conduct phone screens and reference checks for hiring managers-Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers-Process data entry in ADP Workforce Now for all new hires upon time of hire as well as personnel changes such as department/title changes, promotions, adjustments and terminations.-Conduct ADP Workshops for new employees to demonstrate use of Self-Service portal-Manage all FMLA and short-term disability leave of absences for retail & corporate associates in California and Kentucky-Conduct New Hire Orientation, including presenting an overview of the Total Benefits Package-Field employee questions regarding pay, benefits etc.-Conduct periodic compliance tracking for internal processes and ongoing self-audits by HR department.-Ensure labor law posting compliance at all corporate and field locations.-Create and maintain company organization charts.-Process unemployment claims on former corporate and retail associates.-Coordinate Open Enrollment and lead informational sessions on Benefits Enrollment for all eligible new hires-Partner with benefits broker/third-party administrator and carriers as needed to reconcile bills and ensure employee data (enrollments, updates, terminations etc) is accurate in all systems.-Process pre-employment background checks and prepare offer letters-Create and maintain employee files for 225 California employees-Remain up-to-date on all labor laws and regulations related to employment and employee relations.- Conduct/Assist HR Manager with Exit Interviews
