As an Assistant manager I acted as deputy Site Manager, assisted in the design and managing of floor procedures, ensuring that site supervisors implement the same and report to the Site Manager, Organised and managed daily briefs and weekly meetings with Hospitality Team to ensure that proper training is provided, operations are planned and reports to the Site Manager are completed daily and weekly.
