Economix is an international event organized by KANOPI FEB UI that addresses global economic challenges. With over 11,000 participants, it features prominent speakers such as Former Vice President Dr. M. Jusuf Kalla, Airlangga Hartarto, Thomas Lembong, Gita Wirjawan, Koji Hachiyama, etc. The event attracts over 750 applicants from various countries.

Jazz Goes to Campus is an annual jazz festival organized by students of FEB UI. The event features four stages and over 30 national and international artists, including Jeremy Passion, Raisa, and Reza Artamevia. Last year's festival attracted nearly 16,000 attendees.As a Media Partner Staff, I contributed by:• Successfully secured collaborations with 9 major media partners including Berita Satu, Harian Kompas, Brilio, JAK TV, Womantalk, Diadona.ID, Dream.ID, Grid.ID, and UMN Radio.• My contribution of 14% toward the overall media partnership target was made as part of our team of 13 members, significantly enhancing our audience engagement.• As a Media Partner staff member, I managed the delivery of over 38 contractual benefits for 9 media partnerships as outlined in our MoU agreements. These benefits include backdrops, banners, TVCs, adlibs, and more, exclusive of our social media and website exposure, as well as additional benefits for further promotional opportunities.

In the capacity of internal control for the finance bureau

• Responsible as the internal control for the finance bureau and research division, overseeing a total of 24 people.• Ensured harmony and cohesion among 3 divisions and 4 bureaus, overseeing a total of 85 members within KANOPI.• Managed performance appraisals for 6 individuals, conducting comprehensive evaluations covering 4 key areas: staff evaluation, BPH and division evaluation, KANOPI evaluation, and division and bureau evaluation.

KOMPeK is an yearly national economic contest organized by FEB Ul students for Indonesian high school students. It serves as a platform for participants to enhance their economics skills and express their innovative ideas through four competitions: Economic Quiz, Economic Debate Competition, Economic Research Paper, and Business Challenge.• As a committee member of the Kompek Reunion event, we successfully spearheaded the event's success by significantly enhancing participation, achieving a 30% increase compared to the previous year.• Overseeing and managing all matters related to participants under my responsibility for KOMPeK 26.• Providing support and assistance to participants throughout the event, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

High School Celebration 34 Jakarta, an annual event by SMAN 34 Jakarta, commemorates the school's anniversary in October. It features diverse competitions in sports, arts, and sciences, aiming to showcase students' talents and foster community relationships. The event's promotion primarily relies on social media, with each year highlighting a unique cultural theme from different Indonesian islands. During our tenure as staff members, I was part of an accomplished team that achieved the following :• Successfully devised a highly effective social media promotion strategy, reaching over 100,000 viewers and effectively drawing more than 2,000 attendees to the High School Celebration 2022 closing event.• Successfully engaged with over 20 schools in the Jabodetabek area, encouraging their participation in various competitions and events.
