As a Brand Manager at Gaviota Tequila I reported directly to the President and I served as an integral member of the senior management team, as the Brand Manager of Gaviota Tequila I was responsible for the development of Gaviota Tequila Marketing, Public Relations, outside sales and financial management strategy to contribute to the development of the companies strategic goals. In addition to the strategic components, I was in charge of developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures both in the finance, sales, marketing and general operational realms. I over saw and managed all the marketing aspect of Gaviota Tequila, along with conduct international business development. As Donor center coordinator I managed all aspects of donor group blood drives and associated activities to maximize collections and ensure efficiency and effectiveness. I determined and implemented the most effective use of marketing, scheduling and motivational blood drive tools. My responsibilities included but were not limited to scheduling blood drives by analyzing resource availability. Ensuring that established blood drive collection, efficiency and product goals were met. Conducted planning sessions and perform site inspections.Attend scheduled blood drives and monitor/evaluate and respond to issues to ensure drive success. Analyzed existing donor group activity and develop methods for increasing donor group collections. Evaluated and acted upon opportunities to source/obtain new donor groups. Mastered comprehensive understanding of Individual programs, and Type Matters to answer donor questions with all donor groups and provide necessary information and training. As the Employee Relations lead I was responsible for performance management support for employees, employee relations interactions, Coordinator responsibilities, and management of the employee handbook and policy and procedures documents. I provided improvement leadership and best practice analysis for automation projects across various HR functions to promote efficiencies and excellent customer service. In my role as employee relations lead I provided leadership in the development and implementation of data-driven HR analytics from multiple systems to continuously improve critical HR Processes, enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiencies. I supported HR strategy through automation project management implementation in the areas such as simplification of job codes, positions, job descriptions, compensation, evaluations, leadership development and other areas as assigned by the Director of Human Resources or designee.
