Seek out knew business opportunities and evaluate potential growth of existing clientsAnalyze targeted accounts and develop recommendations related to growing the business.Notify internal and external clients of existing account service issues as needed.Handle account inquiries to minimize account attrition and negative volume variance.Develop and maintain knowledge of tests and services provided by competitors, and utilize this information to enhance Quest Diagnostics’ market position.Maintain knowledge of all connectivity products (i.e., Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe)Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.Manage other projects and responsibilities as assigned by sales director.Support large buyer and managed care activities at the ordering client level .Work with the sales team to ensure high levels of support to the clients
