•Train and evaluate Initial License Operations candidates in the classroom, the simulator and the plant. •Implement the systematic approach to training in order to provide high quality learning experiences that qualify operators and improve operator performance. •Develop lesson plans, simulator scenarios, job performance measures, procedures, training analyses, curriculum schedules, and other material as required to support Operations and Training goals.•Identify, analyze and correct performance gaps in accordance with the station corrective action program.•Complete ongoing training and evaluations to maintain a senior reactor operator certification and instructor qualifications.•Support collateral duties as required including refueling outage support and Emergency Response Organization duties.

Lead technician in the Fracture Mechanics lab responsible for safe operation of equipment, standard operating procedures, planning, design, process improvement and data acquisition and analysis.

Led teams of associates ranging in size from 20 to 250 in receive, stow, pack, AFE and shipping. Responsible for daily production, labor allocation, quality, safety, coaching, training and process improvement.

Supervise and train personnel in theory, operations and casualty control, as well as monitor their morale and welfare. Support the operation of a nuclear propulsion plant by maintaining the ship’s electrical distribution system. Lead a team of 25 personnel during maintenance, testing, casualty response, and daily and transient operation of a nuclear reactor and supporting systems.
