Responsible for all administration duties for several Swissport Fueling stations, primarily ABQ in Albuquerque, NM and DFW in Dallas Fort Worth, TX. Duties include the following: Accounts Payable, data entry, payroll, record-keeping and database maintenance, supply re-ordering, interaction with vendors, assisting with cross-station training and information sharing. Benefits and HR-related duties include monthly reconciliations and updating with our benefit carriers, as well as explaining and assisting employees with signing up for the company benefits program, including Anthem Health, Anthem Blue View Vision, Aetna Dental, Guardian Life and AD&D, personal accident, 401k and Southwest Airlines flight privileges.
