Recruitment Startup, focused on working with several HR professionals to quickly deliver shortlists to clients, counting on an internal team (of which I was part) to centralize demands between clients and Hunters, develop the strategy for each client and complete the vacancy in the shortest market time.- End-to-end recruitment process: alignment of functions, onboarding of clients on the platform, delivery of a shortlist to the client with candidate reports, monitoring and support in the negotiation process for placement between professional and final company;- Data analysis and growth reports, as well as support in defining OKRs with regard to internal team, customers numbers and business expansion;-Account management in meeting needs and new business, relationships with customers with the aim of improving the experience, delivering results and suggestions for improving selection process;- Monitoring the recruitment team: education, training and management, reporting to the head of operations;- People management: feedback, quarterly evaluations and development plan for the internal Recruitment team, in addition to distribution and management of daily tasksFurthermore, the company was structuring the People team, I temporarily joined this Committee to support the HR growth process, hire for the internal team and prepare the Career Plan for the areas as a central plan.

Focus on International Recruitment, being a new business area explored by the company with the first clients based entirely outside Brazil, and our team was responsible from the initial tests of this product, to the presentation of reports, numbers, new strategies and consequently, expansion of this product, being today one of the company's most profitable products.- Search for talent for the Technology Area- Support in structuring and defining process for a new product that aims on establishing partnerships with autonomous Hunters, focusing on the speed of final delivery to customers;- Complete recruitment, including alignment with clients, market mapping, hunting and final delivery of a shortlist with a report on the professionals presented;- Integration and updating training for the internal team, clients and new recruitment partners;- Monitoring of indicators such as: engagement of recruitment partners and clients, number of candidates presented, assertiveness, speed until the vacancy is filled, and other analyses;- Contact with clients, carrying out not only the alignment of the vacancy, but the improvement of the partnership and satisfaction work to renew the contract and capture new business opportunities.

Temporary contract for expansion project.- Advertising vacancies on many recruitment platforms;- Screening, call and selection of professionals;- Application of tests to candidates at different levels;- Monitoring the interview process between managers and candidates, as well as group dynamics;- Support in collecting documentation for hiring.
