My mission is to make a positive impact on students and families by ensuring quality and affordable childcare. I have over 15 years of experience in education leadership, program administration, and compliance management. Currently, I am the Government Childcare Subsidy Compliance Manager at YMCA of the North Shore, where I manage voucher subsidies, develop and implement compliance policies and programs, and conduct internal audits.I am passionate about coaching and mentoring others to help them grow, develop, and reach their full potential. I have a Director I Certification and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management. I also have skills in youth mentoring, youth at risk, and early childhood development. I believe that effective leadership is the ability to influence others and contribute to the progress of early childcare. I am proud to be part of a team that supports the success and well-being of children and families.
