An experienced business consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the for-profit and non-profit space, my work is focussed on supporting and empowering small and medium-sized enterprises such that their potential contribution to South Africa’s economy may be realised. As a seasoned business leader, with experience in a range of different organisational contexts, from start-ups to board positions (TBSP, Ogilvy and currently Wafunda), I am astute at asking the right questions of business owners and senior executives to reframe their thinking and leverage growth opportunities. Most recently, I have combined my business aptitude with my purpose of contributing to social change initiatives that advance equitable economic participation by working in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Drawing from my diverse business experience, I offer 360° strategic support through working partnerships with entrepreneurs, leaders and management teams within SME’s and non-profits with the objective of yielding more sustainable business results. I have been providing business development, marketing and strategic support to SME's, non-profits and social enterprises in Cape Town since 2013. Prior to this, I had a very successful career in the advertising industry.
