• Ensuring product levels, and order flow are optimized in order to achieve target delivery dates and sales objectives• Identify new opportunities to negotiate timescales with suppliers• Ensure suppliers meet all deadlines and pricing matrices• Decrease costs and optimize supplier performance through annual quality evaluations of material and delivery dates using quality alerts lowered returned product to suppliers by 10%• Track purchase orders and hold suppliers accountable• Ensure product purchased meets the parameters established• Set up service agreements with calibration vendors along with various other vendors in machine repairs according to the Quality Systems Manuals

• Consult with customers for updating, remodeling and/or new kitchen designs• Set appointments with customers and cabinet vendor to ensure proper measurements• Collaborate with cabinet and countertop vendors monthly to get the most up-to-date information on product and project services• Communicate to countertop vendors of timelines for measurements to be finished, templates created and dates of installation.
