Hope Endoors is a new company that offers a day program for adults with special needs looking to engage with their community, participate in jobs readiness programs and become more independent.

In this position, my job duties were; maintaining store standards and delivering positive customer experience. I was responsible for a variety of operational duties (housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, provide efficient service at the cash wrap, etc.) while providing customers with current relevant information about products. Further jobs included assisting with store inventory and organization.

This was an amazing Summer job that I had at Kingdom House Christian Center organizing events such as, back to school backpack handouts, paint nights, summer camps and other community events.

Job Duties included...- Create and contribute to social media accounts for our clients- Advise clients on content marketing campaigns and product positioning logistics- Develop social media strategies based on continually evolving metrics and client feedback- Create and implement product marketing campaigns for clients- Measure the conversion rates and other metrics for ongoing campaigns and make adjustments as necessary

Job Duties included...- Provides general office support to the Dayspring Christian Church community, and provides administrative support to the Pastors and Board of Directors of DCC. - Maintain and oversee the assimilation database and process for new guests and members and coordinating follow up as necessary. - Responsible for printing and restocking Sunday morning items and other church materials. - Assist with filing, mailing, and correspondence related to pastoral and church matters. Along with assisting with the construction and distribution of weekly email updates and website updates. - Attending weekly staff meetings. Preparing and distributing meeting minutes.
