I make the link between the work on the ground and the strategy to make a greater impact, in NGOs, start-ups or as a filmmaker. I initiate and manage teams and projects from their conception to evaluation, through their implementation on the ground. I have a strategic vision and manage teams in a collegial and efficient manner. I quickly establish trusting and long-term relationships with a large range of stakeholders: activists, human rights defenders, volonteers, experts, politicians, diplomats, entrepreneurs, educators, youth and migrants. I quickly acquire knowledge, understand and adapt to particular challenges organisations face, and think outside the box to solutions and create stories. My experience as a documentary filmmaker enables me to bring story-telling skills for communication purposes.I focus particularly on issues around women's rights, education, migration, environment, digital rights, and sustainability. I work internationally, with a special expertise on former USSR (in particular Russia, Central Asia and South Caucasus), Asia, France and Germany.
