My main responsibilities are Design safety strategy analysis of raw material and finished products for human and environment health in compliance with Latin America and Europe Regulation and Guidelines.▪ Lead multidisciplinary and multi-professional teams in strategic projects that have brought solutions to Natura, minimizing risks to brand, including the design and implementation of global safety criteria for Fragrances (considering USA Market), and strategic projects on identification and management of emerging issues and controversial ingredients.▪ Represent Natura externally on Scientific Committees, meetings, interviews on Alternative Methods for animal testing and risk assessment.▪ Organize scientific meetings with National and International experts.▪ Coordinate Technological Planning and trends evaluation and translate to business needs as projects on innovation pipeline, budget control and management of R&I projects in house or open innovation. Large experience on establishes partnership with National and International Universities for Open Innovation projects.▪ Manage In Vitro Lab Brazil for safety evaluation and efficacy claims, planning and managing the development of new In Vitro methods for safety and efficacy (from 2007-2009).

Technical Director and co-Founder of this Technology-Based startup, created to carry out pre-clinical tests according to OECD/ICH guidelines for pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies. As an entrepreneur, I developed a huge business network and sensibility to understand the needs of my clients, as well as increased my vision on funding opportunities available on Brazilian Innovation Environment. During this time I brought large costumers to company´s portfolio, as Natura Cosmetics, governmental money and seed money to expand the company.
