I have worked in local authority for 14+ years, the last 12 in a management role within the contact centre. Prior to that I spent 11 years in hospitality management. I have extensive HR experience and complaint resolution. My role includes creating and approving processes and procedures, building strong working relationships with departments and partner agencies, line management of 9 team leaders, negotiating SLA's and producing and analysing data.
