• Position will support the recruiters and be responsible for effectively generating support and coordination in all areas and phases of the recruiting cycle: postings, employment advertising, screening resumes and applications, scheduling candidate interviews, etc. • Position will administer, facilitate and finalize the on-boarding process which includes ensuring all new hire documentation is received, reviewed for accuracy and completeness, and processed. • Ensures that a complete background check has been conducted on each employee including reference checks, certification & licensure, education, primary source verification and other appropriate background and qualifying data. • Originates, maintains and manipulates employment data and generates employment reports. Position will work closely with Education, Employee Health, HRIS and Compliance to ensure a complete personnel file. • Position represents the Recruitment-Employment team at the AHS-General Hospital Orientation. • Performs related duties as required.

• Reviews transfer requests for completeness• Provides supportive feedback to candidates/applicants to ensure accuracy regarding any gaps• Escalates identified issues regarding transfer application to transfer Recruiting Coordinator II as appropriate• General clerical duties to include but not limited to: posting of requisitions in applicant tracking system, notification to unions and managers regarding all new requisitions, filing, copying, faxing, opening and distribution of mail, data entry, creating shell dossiers within applicant tracking system• Monitors and maintains the transfer bids and requisition files• Conducts applicant system queries for specific job status to provide requested information to phone-in candidates• Escalates sensitive issues to transfer coordinator or administrative services supervisor to ensure rapid intervention and problem solving occurs• Assist in tracking data and generating performance reports for the transfer processing function as directed by the Director or Administrative Supervisor• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure service levels are met• Demonstrates cultural competence in interacting with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and others• Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned• Must work seamlessly between different lines of recruitment services and functional areas

• Directs Associates including Managers on process and procedures for Facility set-up projects.• Ensure Associates timely, accurate and safe setup of merchandise on racks, displays, features, side counters and action alleys.• Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing, interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention, developing and implementing action plans and providing direction/guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.• Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates in assigned area by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties and ensuring diversity awareness.• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and in-stock/inventory levels that include economic trends and demographics.• Demonstrates up to date expertise and applies this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others, best practices supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer business needs.

• Work with MHWD to schedule staff by identifying staffing pool; maintaining associate availability; tracking vacation; ensuring everyday low cost scheduling practices.• Assist in completing HR activities within market- assisting in hiring process and on-boarding of new healthcare professionals, keying staffing hours and compiling personnel files.• Communicating with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate coverage.• Maintain license information and update in system in accordance to federal and state requirements.• Ensure everyday low cost operations of labor by comparing actual schedule guidelines and analyze variances• Training of healthcare professionals regarding changes and updates on workplace systems• Communication with health professionals and MHWD on daily basis to ensure business needs are being meet, while resolving any scheduling issues and offering recommendations

• Coordinates the recruitment/hiring process for hourly positions by viewing and screening applications.• Serves as a resource on people policies and communicates changes to associates and managers.• Handles the administration of benefit enrollment.• Process electronic scheduling for office associates.• Coordinates, facilitates and monitors hourly associate training.• Analyze, compile and enter payroll data in a timely efficient manner regarding payroll request and discrepancies.• Finalize and run daily/weekly payroll reports.• Submit all leave of absence, do attendance tracking, handle on-boarding for all new employees, send applicants out for drug testing and track.• Help with interviewing of new applicants and doing final job offers.• Assisted with all other duties as needed within Human Resources.
