With more than 10 years experience teaching Maths (and Science) and 10 years working in educational publishing across digital mathematics products, science publications and subject agnostic platforms, I have an excellent understanding of the evolving teaching and learning needs for secondary school education in Australia'.The highlights of my career and personal learning have been: seeing my students succeed; achieving my Masters of Education with a thesis on the impact of diagnostic education in mathematics; and conceptualising and product managing, as the Product Owner, the development of the award winning Pearson Diagnostic - a diagnostic mathematics assessment tool.As the Product Owner of Pearson Diagnostic I was able to leverage my skills in the EdTech sector, using agile and lean methodologies, data analytics and research to develop the SaaS offering. I worked with cross functional teams and the entire digital development was done remotely. Pearson Diagnostic won the EPA award for best teaching resource in 2021.I thrive in a fast-paced team environment that is collaborative, transparent and respectful. I have transferable skills, strong communication, and am always looking to learn from others
