Working with the same owners as before, I have continued to grow with the company on the opening of the groups 6th restaurant. From cooking and developing recipes to making the schedule, maintaining food cost and labor to working on the orders, I strive to keep the business successful.

Prep and bake all pies. Attend to customers needs.

Build all food carts for classes. Attend to the needs of chefs and students on a regular basis. Complete inventory weekly.

Prepare and make ingredients for the salad bar, pizza station and deli. Attend to customer needs.

Spent 11 weeks learning to run saute, grill, fry and expo stations as well as hot and cold pantry.

Prepped, baked and worked on all out going items; cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Spent time working with fondant and gumpaste in various situations. Provided assistance to customers on a daily basis.

Perform table setting duties prior to events. During events serve all courses and attend to guest's needs. Regular cleaning and nightly duties. Work with team members to ensure that the guest has had a quality experience to not forget.
