I would like to see more humanity, empathy and mindfulness in business!I have significant experience in managing international projects, product portfolios and transformation processes. In my current role I am coaching teams, improving internal processes and shaping the current ongoing transformation of our company. My major strengths are empathy, coordinating complex tasks and projects, energizing people and keeping the overall entrepreneurial perspective, to make sure we're doing the right thing for the future of the organisation.In my master thesis for my MBA programme I have dealt with the question, of how mindfulness can be of support in organizational transformation processes.
