Read and analyze California Assembly bills pertinent to air quality, creating a bill analysis outlining a recommended position to the Governing Board. Read and interpret South Coast AQMD rules and regulations in relation to small businesses. Assist in preparing Notice of Violation letters to distribute to city managers across the South Coast Basin. Aid in research and data collection of back-to-school drives and events, particularly communities part of the AB 617 program, for South Coast AQMD to participate in. Lead and present to educational groups about air pollution, its sources, and solutions South Coast AQMD offers.

Monitored and supervised pool areas to ensure guest safety. Communicated with other lifeguards to maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees. Attended and participated in in-service training that consisted of CPR, multiple water rescues, and general first aid eight hours each month.Provided excellent customer service by addressing concerns. Prepared budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of school programs. Fostered a positive work environment through communication and understanding. Served as liaisons between organizations, staff, and students.

Planned, presided over, and facilitated meetings. Implemented and signed action plans to solve previous concerns mentioned in meetings. Delivered presentations at meetings to promote the vision of motivating students of the high school to continue academic rigor and improve their emotional wellbeing.Lead conversations about plans for student achievement, old business from previous meetings, new business for current meetings, and announcements regarding continuous improvement. Managed relationships with California schools (middle and high school) and advisors to create a statewide conference. Created insightful curriculum, and delivered it over two 3-day long conferences with 2,000+ attendees. Created an original 40-minute long workshop on the importance of goal-setting. Created another original workshop on the significance of mentorship and allowing others to “step up” so organizations as a whole can “lead forward.” Presented aforementioned workshops to over 1200 student leaders across the state. Emceed two election ceremonies determining the next board of Northern Regional Directors for the CASL organization.
