I am a qualified Professional Integral Coach with the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town, affiliated with New Ventures West in the U.S. and a certified Associate Coach with the ICF. I coach individuals in organisations and personally, and my approach enables me to support people to make transformations which create changes at work and throughout their lives. I am also trained in the Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching approach which is designed to support groups.

Taking multi-stakeholder groups concerned about complex challenges through custom designed processes to enable collaboration, innovation and social change. A lot of my work has been focussed on food and food security issues. Currently on Sabbatical from Reos.

Wrote and produced three FirstRand Sustainability Reports; initiated discussions in FRG on social and environmental sustainability issues. Trustee FirstRand Foundation.

I developed a strategy for the Trust and worked closely with the Banking operations.

Ran programme publishing newsletters and policy papers and organising conferences. Reduced communication costs by providing e-mail access to NGOs in Kenya, Eritrea and Ethiopia.
