Most recently, I thoroughly enjoyed my time working towards the role of Data Engineer with the 193 SOW creating the process and infrastructure to collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information to interpret, analyze, and make leadership decisions. Data is accessible using Power BI reports, pulled in using Power Queries via Dataflows, and managed within the SharePoint environment with data being entered into individual Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint Lists by up to 25 individual squadron commanders, 6 group commanders, and reporting to the Wing Commander regarding multiple subjects. Dashboards calculate individual organization and summary-level scores for time-phased reporting, with monthly scores in addition to rolling-quarter and by-year averages.My Logistics Planner role within the 193d Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron provided logistical oversight of Wing deployment C2 processes to plan, prepare, and deploy our resources. Working Operations for Textron at Electronic Systems afforded me the opportunity to lead a team to implement much-needed resource codes with imbedded intelligence which made analyzing history, computing load versus capacity, and bidding and planning for future work exponentially easier. Planning and organizing work assignments to fulfill contract deliveries to meet and exceed program goals is the expectation. My Air Force specialty training affords me the skills and knowledge to execute large-scale logistical plans for the transportation of equipment and personnel to sustain wing and units.I have also owned and operated two Code Ninjas franchises, planting the seed for coding and STEM skills in kids ages 5-14. I also currently own and operate two Grind Gaming Arenas, each operating an XP League franchise for ages 8-17.
