I am an experienced Teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the primary and Intermediate education industry in Australia and New Zealand. I have extensive experience in leadership roles including: Within School Leader (guiding staff professional learning) and Learning Leader in charge of the Year 7/8 syndicate. I have received coaching training and have completed the Open to Learning Conversations course (now Leading by Learning). I have broad curriculum knowledge including specialised skills in Digital Technologies and Music. I have strong pedagogical skills especially in how I differentiate for diverse learning needs, from Special Education Needs with ORS funding requiring high-levels of support, theough to Gifted and Talented students.I am a culturally responsive practitioner with experience working with students of diverse cultural backgrounds and teaching according to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
