An experienced internal and external communications leader with a passion for developing an inclusive culture, high performing teams, and driving an organisation’s strategy through creative and engaging content.After an overseas sabbatical I am back at Buro Happold to lead our global internal communications strategy and event manage the annual global Partners' conference. In my previous role as Global Marketing and Communications Director at Buro Happold, I was a member of the Global Leadership Team. Alongside my creative team I drove the effective delivery of the brand and communications strategy to support growth of the business from 1,600 to 2,300 employees across 30 locations through attraction, diversification of services and acquisitions.
