With over fourteen years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have developed a strong passion for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals through fitness and wellness.My core competencies include sales, marketing, coaching, advertising, and fitness training, which I leverage to attract, engage, and empower our diverse and talented workforce.
