Having spent much of my career as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Addictions Counsellor as well as a Manager of Addiction treatment services, in 2017, the time was right to start running retreats for Anxiety and Depression. This had been a vision of mine for many years and so Crystal Clear Coaching was born. Although we cover many areas of mental health we specialise in helping our clients turn their negative thoughts into happiness and peace of mind through our supportive and empowering 3 day retreats based in the UK. With 20 years of experience of mental health services our treatments are based on evidence based techniques drawn from neuroscience, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology, self care and stress relieving techniques.How could a retreat help you?
