My role in social media marketing has been pivotal in amplifying the presence of women in business. I’ve crafted compelling content using Canva and implemented strategic campaigns across Instagram and LinkedIn to boost visibility. As a leader in event planning, I’ve assisted in the flawless execution of speaker events and social gatherings, significantly enhancing outreach. As a dedicated IT professional, I’ve consistently delivered high-level technical support and customer service to over four clients daily. My expertise includes responding to a wide range of lab and technical inquiries, managing resources like Wepa printing services, and facilitating laptop checkouts. I’ve honed my troubleshooting skills on various machines, ensuring all client services are operational, alongside conducting routine maintenance on 20 Wepa printers. Utilizing ServiceNow ticketing software, I’ve efficiently reported incidents, tracked activities, and upheld lab policies. In my recent role, I’ve been instrumental in enhancing digital communications and event management. I spearheaded the weekly curation of broker newsletters via Constant Contact, ensuring timely updates and event information dissemination. Harnessing Excel, I refined broker contact analysis, streamlined lead identification, and optimized commission distribution. My analytical skills came into play as I evaluated newsletter metrics, proposing strategic improvements that led to the creation of engaging layouts and promotional content, ultimately elevating email open rates. Additionally, I played a key role in orchestrating a broker recognition luncheon, managing everything from crafting personalized invitations to ensuring seamless audio-visual experiences, which contributed to a memorable and successful event.
