Acting as a contact person for specialists and management staff in all HR-related topics along the Employee Life Cycle:– Processing legal topics, including implementing individual legal measures– Handling HR administration– Responsible for various HR projects– Responsible for the needs-oriented planing and performance of all recruiting processes for the Duisburg site as well as providing needs-based support for the recruiting processes in Europe– Responsible for the onboarding process and it’s coordination, as well as providing support in relocating professionals recruited from abroad– Creating and conducting internal introductory training sessions and providing support on matters related to further training– Creating analyses and evaluations in Excel– Conducting annual performance management and compensation review processes– Acting as an interface to the Payroll, Acounting and Controlling departments

Düsseldorf

– Responsible for applicant management as well as recruiting at the Düsseldorf site– Conducting job interviews and telephone interviews– Filling requests in the areas of contract staffing and personnel placement– Preparing contract documents and references– Conducting employee, appraisal and termination interviews– Supporting business employees and contact persons in all matters regarding labour law, the collective agreement and Law on Temporary Employment– Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers– Acting as a contact for further education institutes, universities, as well as attending in trade fairs
