Lead Octo’s award-winning CSR initiatives, with a goal of increasing employee engagement and satisfaction while driving Octo’s community impacts further, faster. -Collaborated with Consortium members (e.g. faculty at member universities around the world) to support the creation/management/capture of large-scale, externally funded programs and projects that advanced GCSO’s vision to scale sustainability solutions worldwide.-Created and managed the GCSO grant program that redistributed member dues as grant funding to support projects that engaged at least two member universities AND an implementing partner (e.g. a city, a school/district, a business, an NGO, etc.) to deploy/scale sustainability solutions.-Supported editorial, creative services, digital marketing, and social media.-Organized and executed annual multi-day member meetings in different national locations. -Was responsible for executive leadership support operations.The Global Consortium for Sustainability Outcomes (GCSO) is a global network of like-minded universities that collaborate to advance solutions to sustainability problems through research, development and capacity building. GCSO generates, tests and deploys a wide range of solutions including technologies, policies, economic incentives, capacity building, social change and cultural practices. The Consortium builds capacity through education and transfers evidence-based solutions to implementers, with the goal to achieve sustainability outcomes on multiple continents. GCSO’s success is measured by evidence-based, positive outcomes and impacts on sustainability issues worldwide.GCSO is a program of ASU Enterprise Partners' Research Collaboratory at ASU, a private, 501 (c)(3) nonprofit. GCSO is operationally supported by the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University.

The Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability is the hub of Arizona State University’s sustainability initiatives. The ASU Wrigley Institute advances research, education and business practices for an urbanizing world. Its School of Sustainability, the first of its kind in the U.S., offers transdisciplinary degree programs focused on finding practical solutions to social, economic and environmental challenges.

The purpose of the Stardust Center for Affordable Homes and the Family is to empower families and achieve economic and social sustainability by providing educational opportunities like outreach events, university-level courses, and community resources that inform and promote sustainable, affordable housing.

Managed by the School of Sustainability at ASU, the Martinson Sustainability Solutions Research Grant Program offers funding for ASU sustainability student-proposed research, as well as applied projects designed to support and advance sustainability. Projects can cover any aspect of sustainability – from environmental science to humanities – and range from local to global in scope.
