People And Culture Specialist Ii
Current•Applies a consultative approach to maintain partnerships with leaders to build organizational capability through the development of solutions that address root causes to engagement issues• Educates leaders throughout WBY on culture and engagement best practices• Explores issues and/or needs with leaders and individual contributors to establish potential causes, related issues and barriers•Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders to assure that engagement initiatives are aligned with enterprise goals and specific business priorities•Collaborates within the Culture and Engagement Division team members and shares work on ongoing WBY Culture programs• Assists in analyzing the results of the Employee Experience Survey•Conducts research and data analysis of cultural and engagement trends• Collaborates with Corporate Communications team and supports communication team efforts in developing and pull through of WBY Culture messaging• Collaborates with the Events team and supports efforts and development of engagement experiences for WBY• Manage the creation and distribution of content for internal communications and ensure a consistent message•Partner with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and Issues Management team to progress a culture that values diversity , inclusion, and equity for all• DEI ambassador• Runs the remote team by scheduling monthly meetings, engagement activities, and other to help them feel connected to their teams and divisions.
