Partner with business leaders to ensure we have a comprehensive and agile approach to attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent. This has included implementing and integrating technical assessment tools, interview training, inclusive mindset and data driven decision making models. Transformed our approach with a networking model that turns everyone into a recruiter and ensures we have a nurtured, continually on pipeline for our highest volume roles. This has led to a 30% decrease in time to hire and 12 straight quarters of 99%+ to hiring plan, all while maintaining a top-rated candidate and hiring manager experience. Spun up Workday’s first Executive talent acquisition team with global responsibility for hiring VP+ roles across all of Workday’s business groups. Designed and built team, executive recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding processes. Assumed interim leadership over our global University recruiting and programs teams.Completed a rotation onto a special team focused on accelerating our Belonging and Diversity programs, process and mindset.

Accolade is reinventing the healthcare experience! I built a Talent Acquisition team from the ground up to scale with the business and their ongoing market pivot. This included designing a team that could handle high volume hiring in addition to highly strategic hiring. Built Early Talent recruiting and intern program as well as spun up talent brand and marketing.

SAP has harnessed 3 of the leading cloud services: SAP Ariba, Concur and SAP Fieldglass. Today, I have the privilege of leading a distributed team across India, North America and EMEA in finding the best technical talent to drive the innovation across these 3 Product and Technology organizations. As Concur's first executive recruiter, I lead the development and build out of the Executive Search function and team. Partnered with top level leadership and managed searches for Sr. Director to C level executives, personally recruiting 60+ senior level leaders. Worked with leadership to gain an in depth understanding of corporate strategy and objectives, built executive talent profiles and search strategies, identified and attracted game changing talent to Concur's executive team.

Leading a team of contract recruiters, managed recruiting for North America SMB and Enterprise Sales organizations, and Global Marketing organization. Initially joined Concur in a contract capacity, supporting hiring across all facets of the business, including R&D, Services, Sales, and Marketing. Took on increasing responsibility within talent acquisition and accepted a full time role in 2011.
